I had an excellent experience with Paul at CK Auto Exclusive. When I was dealing with a cooling fan issue on my 2025 Sprinter van, he was able to get me in immediately and assess the problem right away, which I truly appreciated. The replacement part had to be ordered from Germany, and Paul kept me informed throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made sure the coolant system was properly burped and topped off before returning the vehicle to me. After a stressful experience elsewhere, I especially appreciated Paul’s calm, straightforward approach. He took the time to walk me through what was happening and made sure I felt confident before leaving. That kind of professionalism and care makes a huge difference. The van is running beautifully now. I’m very grateful for the quality of work and would absolutely recommend CK Auto Exclusive.
