I brought my Mercedes in to be serviced and take care of some rodent issues in the engine Compartment. The mechanics were very helpful and communicated with me through the process. The engine was cleaned up and they were able to clean out their rodent Nests and debris. They did a great job. The shop appeared to be very clean. Paul and the mechanics were extremely helpful.

A grueling day at Stanford was topped off by the fan belt flapping about while exiting Golden Gate Bridge...rush hour. Sigh. Long and short of it...AAA to Paul and Big John. The car was ready the following afternoon. They are the wind beneath my wings. If only I could be fixed so quickly...
