If you own a Mercedes the only place you should have your Mercedes serviced is CK Auto Exclusive. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I brought my vehicle in for a problem that seemed major but it was so minor I wasn’t even charged. CK Auto Exclusive only works on Mercedes!

Excellent service

They told me to take my Benz to Firestone which is a huge red flag, never take your Benz to Firestone. I listened and Firestone could not physically service what I was asking. Is a good shop but definitely not the best because they lied when said they don’t know about other shops, every shop knows everyone in this small town. I would say they are efficient and quick with free loaners, and no complementary car wash. They are cheaper than the MB dealership, but not the best price in town. The wait time for a service appointment is about a week. They do not service anything they deem not necessary for service yet, and I do appreciate the work ethic. However, I am not comfortable waiting 10k for an oil change. Overall very high quality work, I would recommend them over the dealership.
