CK Auto Exclusive Paul is a True Mercedes Expert! I was in the fast lane when the drive train in my Mercedes wagon suddenly failed. My car was towed to the Santa Rosa Mercedes dealership, and before I even knew what was wrong, they wanted to charge me $400 just to diagnose it. Honestly, I felt like they shouldve been paying me for the privilege of fixing my car! Thats when I heard about Paul at CK Auto Exclusive, who has an outstanding reputation for being fair and honest. Paul told me to have my car towed to him instead and Im so glad I did. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly, charged a very reasonable price. Paul made the whole experience effortless. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine expert who specializes in Mercedes. Ill never go back to the dealership again Paul has earned my complete trust.
