Fabulous service! These guys are top notch with communication, service, parts, timely car return. I take my Mercedes Benz Sprinter (RV) here, and I can trust they will do great work and follow through. I loath going to the dealership - the dealership charges a bundle just to look at the rig. Paul & crew at CK looked at my car that had a check engine light on, there was nothing wrong, and, guess what, he charged me nothing! Go figure! What a wonderful human. I'll always happily bring my MBS to these folks, they are honest and trustworthy!

Paul at CK auto did an excellent job servicing our 2018 GLE, great customer service and honesty at front, the best part, our service was done for a fraction of what our local MB dealership wanted to charge us. Our vehicle was done within half a day and runs amazing. I recommend CK auto to all Mercedes Benz owners.

I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received from Paul and Kyle and the rest of the staff at CK Automotive Exclusive. From the moment I walked into, Paul's office, I was treated like a friend and not a customer. They diagnosed the issue with my car, ordered the parts, and got me back on the road quickly. The price was affordable and I will definitely return for any repair and/or service needs that I have in the future. My car is a 2011 C300.
