Paul at CK auto did an excellent job servicing our 2018 GLE, great customer service and honesty at front, the best part, our service was done for a fraction of what our local MB dealership wanted to charge us. Our vehicle was done within half a day and runs amazing. I recommend CK auto to all Mercedes Benz owners.

I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received from Paul and Kyle and the rest of the staff at CK Automotive Exclusive. From the moment I walked into, Paul's office, I was treated like a friend and not a customer. They diagnosed the issue with my car, ordered the parts, and got me back on the road quickly. The price was affordable and I will definitely return for any repair and/or service needs that I have in the future. My car is a 2011 C300.

What can I say. These guys went above and beyond. Their customer service is not only top notch, you can tell they really strive to be the best around. Keeping me informed the entire time and had my van back in less then a week. I took my sprinter van in for window glass repair and some minor body work. They got to work right away and even after found out I was not covered for the body work they still made it right for me. Got my van back looking brand new. These guys are the best around, you can tell they have very high standards and strive to be the best then other auto body shops. Very very happy with their work, I would not take my vehicles anywhere else in the future.

This shop was recommended by my mechanic that does not repair ABC suspension. Paul and his team were not afraid to tackle the job. Very extensive repair necessitating removal of engine and transmission. They replaced all hydraulic hosing and engine mounts, Then serviced the engine. I was surprised on the ride home how different the car handled, I suspect the system was failing slowly, anyhow my 2005 SL500 has been restored to her former glory. Do not hesitate to entrust your needs to CK and the team, excellent workmanship and no up charge malarkey.
