They are very generous and do not nickel and dime repairs and frequently make small adjustments for free. They are the best. I understand that when the dealer cannot figure out a mechanical problem they send the car to Paul for diagnostics. On 08/05/2020, at 7pm driving on Hwy 101 near College ave, the serpentine belt on my 09 E350 decided to commit suicide and jump off the pulley out on to the freeway. I coasted to a nearby by Shell gas station that was closed. I called CK and left a message for Paul, the owner, regarding what took place. The next morning at 7:30 am Paul called me back and told me to bring him my vehicle to assess the situation. I had the car towed first thing. At 11am Paul said the repair would cost approximately 630.00 and he would order the parts and hopefully have it completed by the end of the day or the next day. I asked if it all possible, I'd be grateful to get the car back today, being my only vehicle. Paul understood and said he would do his best. At 3pm, Paul called and said my car was ready and I could come pick it up. The same exact scenario, belt, new tensioner and new pulley plus labor through Mercedes was 1300.00 and I had to wait until Monday, 5 days later to bring it in. Thank you Paul for the Great service and Great Price to repair my car. I'm a customer for life.

Both Paul and the technician that greeted me when I arrived were very friendly. I have a small RV on an MB Sprinter 3500 chassis with an intermittent check engine light problem. CK Auto Exclusive charged me a very reasonable price to diagnose and repair (vacuum line leak) the problem and clear the light. They provided me a loaner car for the day as well! This was my 1st visit to CK Auto Exclusive and I am very satisfied with the service they provided!

Top notch service, years of experience. If I need Mercedes work he gets it if I can't do it myself. People complain about price, but the work is 100% reliable. I too complain about price but that is what you get when you own a high performance automobile. Besides this place is always within reason if you cared to do your own research. If you want it done without worry, then take it here.
