A little strange with all the Covid restrictions in place, but staying safe is important and Paul and crew are doing an excellent job. Service was excellent, important job to get done. Everything went like clockwork. I highly recommend the team at CK.

There are Several Auto Repair places in Sonoma County, being an Ex-Manager of an Auto Parts store I’ve built many relationships with several repair shops. That being said finding a true “ specialist” that only works on Mercedes that updates himself and his crew on software updates, regulations, upgrades yearly is special. Paul at CK auto has serviced both of our Mercedes for years, trusting his word and not having to worry about being up selled or bogus charges is abnormal for the industry. I am so very happy that I took my Sprinter RV van to CK Auto Exclusive for repair. My story is different than most. I was in Seattle Wa., helping our daughter move locations within the city. We had finished moving for the day and went out to explore our daughter's new neighborhood. We parked on one of the millions of too small streets in Seattle which are just one lane and if you have maneuver as if it's just a 1 way street. As were exploring the neighborhood, I realized that I had not turned on the Van fan for our dogs. I went back to the Van and I saw an Amazon delivery van parked next to our Van. The driver was filling out a piece paper and asked if I was the owner of the RV van. I said "yes" and he apologized, but said that he had his our driver's side mirror. The mirror was trashed and pushed so far forward that it could not be returned to its normal location. The third party who hit really did a great job of trying to fix that day and ordered the parts from Seattle Mercedes. Unfortunately the mirror did not have lane assist or blind side assist which were on the Van. I was told by the delivery service to drive it home and have it repaired in Santa Rosa and they would take care of the payment. I did call Santa Rosa Mercedes, but I had bad taste after my last visit in which I was told about repairs I did not need. How did I know that I did not need repairs...I had called Paul who was honest and really cared. So I thought about this and requested an estimate from Paul who provided it. I sent the estimate to the delivery service in Seattle who agreed to the estimate. I provided by credit card to order the parts which was done. The delivery company in Seattle had been in communication with Paul that not all parts were needed. Paul was great and communicated back with them about what was needed. Paul did an excellent job and I could not be happier (He also refunded by deposit for parts). I will now only use Paul and CK Automative exclusively for all my Mercedes service needs in the future.

Since we moved from SF, CK Auto Exclusive was referred to us. Paul and his mechanics took care of our 1989 Mercedes, always lending us a spare car so we wouldn't be left walking from his garage. After that, anything that comes up is Paul and his staff that takes care of it. Thanks, guys for all the great work you have done fixing our car. We appreciate your professionalism and care. It is always a pleasure to speak with Paul. He is very helpful, giving me the information I need to feel confident in his management of my cars' continued good functioning. I was further impressed when using his own car as a loaner I saw that it had 378,000 miles on the odometer. Wow!!
