I have been taking my Mercedes to Paul at CK for years. Every time I take my car in, all issues are taken care of and always at a reasonable price. I bought from the dealership, and it had been my experience that the studs from the dealerships who start their own businesses successfully have the knowledge and access to the high tech information needed to do top work. In Paul's case, he has been in business for more years than I can count and on one occasion he replaced a cracked head for $400 where the dealer wanted $2200. I feel that at least I am being treated fairly and when something special has to be done and beyond, I can trust that not only it will be done top quality, but for a fair price. That is all I ask as a consumer. I wholeheartedly recommend CK auto.

Lots of people misuse the word expert. Here is the true meaning of expert when it comes to Mercedes-Benz. CK is the only place you should go without question.

C & K Auto Exclusive is the best. NO ONE ELSE is allowed to touch my precious little '82 Mercedes Turbo Diesel. I have been going to C&K for many years and I have NEVER had total it back for re-repairs. Paul and his guys are the best!!!

While communicating from San Francisco to Santa Rosa, the dreadful “Check Engine” came on. I did a quick search, to find the top reviews on automotive repair, I was directed to Paul and his team. I was able to drive up, discuss the issue, it was confirmed an hour later and repaired by 3pm. True Customer Service oriented shop, and would recommend them for any preventive maintenance or for those “on the road” emergency repairs. Thank you guys!
